Nestled at 540 Shoppes Blvd, this restaurant offers a delightful fusion of traditional Indian flavors with the exciting twist of BBQ. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or new to the flavors, Sigri promises a meal that is full of surprises.

One of the standout features of Sigri Indian BBQ is their approach to grilling. The restaurant's name itself gives away the secret: the BBQ element. Sigri, which refers to a traditional Indian charcoal grill, is used here to create perfectly charred meats with a rich smoky flavor. The grilling method is central to the experience, imparting a unique flavor that you won't find at typical Indian restaurants.

On the menu, you'll find a variety of meats, vegetarian dishes, and skewers all cooked over the Sigri grill. The chicken tikka is a favorite, marinated in a blend of spices and then grilled to perfection, creating a smoky crust while keeping the inside juicy and tender. The lamb kebabs, another hit, are packed with flavor, and the charred edges add a satisfying texture.

For vegetarians, Sigri Indian BBQ doesn't disappoint. The grilled paneer, with its crispy exterior and soft interior, is a must-try, while the grilled vegetable platter offers a medley of smoky, caramelized vegetables, perfect for pairing with a fresh naan or rice. The menu also offers delicious biryanis and curries, making sure there's something for everyone.

In addition to the food, the restaurant's ambiance adds to the overall experience. The decor is inviting and warm, with subtle touches of Indian design that create a cozy atmosphere. Whether you're visiting for a casual meal with friends or a special family gathering, the setting enhances the authentic experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences.

Sigri Indian BBQ also stands out for its commitment to quality. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are balanced and bold without being overpowering. If you're someone who enjoys spice, you can customize the heat level to suit your tastes, making it a great choice for everyone, regardless of how spicy you like your food.

Customer reviews of Sigri Indian BBQ often highlight not only the flavors but also the speed and consistency of service. The grilled dishes come out hot and fresh, and the restaurant is known for maintaining a high standard of quality across all its offerings. People appreciate the combination of authentic Indian spices with the BBQ technique, a fusion that creates a truly memorable meal.

For those looking to explore something new, the variety of dishes and unique grilling method sets Sigri apart from other Indian restaurants in the area. Firstly, Tarunjeet served me excellently. Friendly and professional, always greeting everyone with a smile and patiently explains what variety of options us customers can get. As a chipotle and chicken platter lover from all sorts of cuisines, getting to try Sigri’s Indian BBQ version of a chicken platter was a real treat for my taste buds. If you’re unsure of what to get you can try what I got: curry lime rice, half and half chicken tikka and malai chicken, I recommend a little bit of the masala queso (unless you like a lot of queso), choole chickpeas, topped off with fresh onion cilantro and cucumber radish salad and mango cilantro chutney. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy trying out their food!

I tried it for the first time after coming across it on Instagram, and decided to check it out while I was in New Jersey. I went with the bowl featuring sigri rice and chicken tikka, and it turned out to be incredibly flavorful and surprisingly generous in portion. I’d definitely recommend itβ€”not just for those familiar with these flavors, but for anyone who enjoys good food. Keep up the great work.

A very clean and very well decorated little spot if you want to eat something Indian and also not a lot of that. I would say it is Indian Chipotle. U can get a bowl or platter and get all Indian delicacies. The ambience is super cool and service is great too.

This is one of the best place to pickup grub quickly and go on your way. The ambience of this place is great. The owner β€œOm” has built a great place and paid meticulous details and created a nice place. All of the people who work here sincerely cater to the customers’ satisfaction. The chutneys and sauces here are prepared everyday from scratch and brings so much flavor to the food. Their hot sauce is the best sauce I have had. The flavor profile of their sauces are out of the world and the reason for that is evident from how fresh and from scratch they may then everyday. Shout out to β€œTarunjit Singh” who caters to the customers with love and sincerity and remembers your preference and tweaks your food as per your preference . Truly amazing place, food and culture.
